WHAT DO YALE WOMEN’S TENNIS, THE USTA, NEWPORT BEACH CITY AND A VERY QUESTIONABLE HARBOR RIDGE HOA HAVE IN COMMON? THE LYNN FAMILY AND THE WAKE OF DESTRUCTION THEY HAVE LEFT IN THE COMMUNITY!

Between Maya Lynn’s alleged bragging about controlling city officials, Yale Tennis coaches, and the Harbor Ridge HOA, what else could be troubling about the grunting coming from the Lynns… Read on…

While both Maya and Brent Lynn constantly brag to anyone who will listen in Harbor Ridge and Newport Beach that Brent’s family is very rich from old money in Santa Barbara, do you think that old money would like knowing they are financing the menacing and flat-out cruel efforts to attack innocent neighbors and locals?

Aside from Maya telling people she had the HOA “under her control”, Brent announced at HOA board public hearing (at least 2 dozen people were present) that his brother was a famous DA in Santa Barbara. He asked the HOA board and HOA attorney if they knew his last name and that it was very famous. Sounds more like infamous to the rest of us…

Aside from them “buying their way into Yale”, the Lynns celebrated daughter Rebecca’s bat mitzvah in a huge tent that they built on their front driveway (pretty sure that wasn’t up to city code!). It happened in 2019, when Rebecca was 14 (typically it is done at the age of 12 for girls). It happened after there was already at least one lawsuit with the Lynns.

The Lynns invited the whole community to their tent (most people they didn’t even know), including their gardeners! The locals said that the Lynns organized that party to start their campaign seeking for their “supporters” with the HOA. We heard that some of current HOA hoard members and their wives attended that party as ‘special guests’. Word was that the Lynns only had one bathroom operational for the guests (guests were quite unhappy with that) and the Lynns passively shaded guests that weren’t of a certain status and mentioned that their gardeners ate way too much food and consumed the bulk of their alcohol – she referred to them as “the help”.

Maya paid $300.00 and hired a musician, but swiftly canceled his check. He ended up taking Maya to small claims court and won. He mentioned to quite a few locals that he took Maya to court for $300.00 as a matter of principal, as he had never seen a person that acted like her or treated “the help” with such disrespect.

Would the USTA (United States Tennis Association) be so enthusiastic about the Lynn family if they knew how they treated “the help” and the people of Newport Beach and Harbor Ridge? Would Yale Women’s Tennis want the less fortunate families and players that’s attend such a prestigious and inclusive institution to know this is who ‘bought their way in?”

And not too long again a Newport Beach city official, who resides in Harbor Ridge, said that he recommended and helped arrange a ‘special’ meeting with another higher up city official and the Lynns to assist them in overturning a Newport Beach city code violation only because Lynns owned a large house in Harbor Ridge.  Someone needs to investigate that level of ethical injustice.
